1999
Australian Tropical Foods was formed
2011- 2012
Taste Paradise, a geographically identified local food brand for the Tropical North!
2013
The organisation became self-sustaining, running on a volunteer basis using membership funds to attend marketing events and promote the brand in supermarkets.
2021
Federal Funding with FIAL (Food and Agribusiness Growth Centre) in collaboration with FNQ Food Incubator.
2022
Tropical North Queensland Regional Food Network became Tropical Agri Food Industry Network, pivoting to represent the industry’s needs.
2023
- Indigenous Food Cluster for Tropical Agri Food established
- focus on smart green economy and circular economy projects on Tropical Farms
